Dr. Sukkhu’s Departure

It is with mixed emotion that, I inform you I am closing my family practice as of August 23rd   2024 and will no longer be able to provide you with ongoing  medical care. This decision has not been made lightly, as I have enjoyed the opportunity to be your physician at Erindale Health Centre. 

Erindale Health Centre is actively recruiting physicians to see my patients.   In the meantime you are welcome to see the physician in the Minor Emergency Clinic for your concerns, until a physician has been recruited to see my patients.

Your medical records are confidential, and will remain at Erindale Health Centre.  If you prefer, you may obtain the services of another physician.    If you want your chart transferred to another physician it will be done through an authorized chart transfer request. 

It has been my great pleasure to have provided you with health services in the past, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to meet so many  wonderful people throughout my years in practice. Best wishes for a healthy future.
